Dr. Brian Robinson serves as the Deputy City Manager for the City of Palm Bay, Florida, where he embodies the motto: “I am here to serve.” A true collaborator and lifelong learner, Brian is deeply committed to refining his leadership skills and providing value in achieving the City’s organizational goals. Brian’s dedication to personal and professional growth is evident in earning a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership. Brian has devoted his life to the academic rigor and discipline required to achieve this tremendous accomplishment, which complements his extensive 25+ year IT background. He also holds a Master's degree in Information Systems with a Graduate Certificate in Cybersecurity. Before serving as Deputy City Manager, Brian held the position of Information Technology Director, where he led the City through several major technology modernization and cybersecurity compliance initiatives. In addition to his professional expertise, Brian is passionate about mentoring others, helping colleagues achieve their career aspirations, and fostering a culture of growth, organizational transformation, and success within the City.
