AGENCY Sign Up for CFC NIGP Reverse Trade Show - Friday, November 8, 2024
About this event
Hello!
We are excited to announce a new Venue for this year! Please join us at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel at SeaWorld. There are a few changes from the past so please review the details below.
AGENCY EVENT DETAILS:
- The venue will be open starting at 7:00 am for you to set up.
- NOTE: Breakfast is on your own and not included in the event. If you stay at the hotel, breakfast is included in your reservation.
- Doors open at 8:15 am promptly for the vendors. We anticipate another large crowd this year, it is imperative that you are ready to start talking to vendors at 8:30 am.
- Please bring enough marketing materials to see 500 Vendors. As far as marketing materials, remember to bring handouts (How-To-Do-Business, business cards, contact lists, bid management services, etc.).
- You may bring displays, backdrops or posters, etc. Tablecloths are provided, but feel free to bring your own!
- Lunch will be served from 11:30 am -12:30 pm after the vendors have left the room. Lunch is free for those who are participating in the event.
- It is important that you plan to keep your booth set up until we close at 3:30 pm. We have split the event into two sessions to spread out vendor arrivals to reduce overcrowding - you'll need to have your booth staffed until 3:30 pm.
- We will have the event floor plan printed and available for the vendors in their goodie bags. It is important that you sit at your assigned table, so the vendors know where to find you!
- Bring your water bottles. We will have a place to refill them.
- Internet is not available in the room, and you will have to use your own plan data.
- Earn Scholarship points for participating! Earlybird registration earns more Scholarship points!
- VENDOR TRADE SHOW. Diamond Sponsors will have a table at our event! Please stop by and say hello sometime during the day.
- Agency members may make room reservations at the hotel. Scholarship funds may be used for the night before and the night of the event.
- We are also requesting agencies provide a digital "How to do Business" and staff information by October 10th to president@cfcnigp.org, for vendors that do not attend in-person. This is a special offer we are marketing this year for vendors that do not attend in person.
YOU CAN BE A PRIZE WINNER!
- Various Prizes will be raffled out at the end of each session to the agency representatives. It is imperative that your agency have representation for BOTH sessions.
- We will have a raffle for grand prize door prizes for all agency representatives for EACH SESSION. You must be present to win, so stick around! Grand Prizes may be valued up to $50!
